All Gumby’s Pizza locations are independently owned and operated franchises. Each location is solely responsible for its own operations, staffing, pricing, promotions, and customer service. Franchisees may exercise discretion over their store policies as permitted by local law and franchise agreements.
2. Pricing & Promotional Disclaimers
- Prices and availability of products may vary by location and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Bar-Rush Pricing: On Fridays and Saturdays during peak late-night hours, certain menu items and coupon redemptions may incur an additional charge of up to $1 per item.
- Additional charges may apply for extra cheese, premium toppings, stuffed crust, gluten-free crust, or delivery.
- Gumby’s Pizza reserves the right to correct pricing errors on menus, advertisements, or digital platforms without obligation to honor the erroneous price.
3. Coupons, Offers, and Promotions
- All specials and discounts must be mentioned at the time of ordering and coupons must be physically presented or digitally entered to be valid. No exceptions.
- Coupons and promotional codes may expire or be discontinued without notice. Gumby’s Pizza does not guarantee continued participation in any specific promotion.
- Limit one coupon per order unless otherwise explicitly stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Some locations may restrict use of coupons during high-volume hours, events, or peak delivery windows.
4. Club Card Program Disclaimer
Gumby’s Pizza may suspend or discontinue the Club Card loyalty program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or compensation to participants. Accrued points or rewards do not have cash value unless expressly stated.
5. Menu Item Modifications & Topping Disclaimers
- Certain toppings and specialty items may count as two (2) toppings depending on quantity, preparation, or cost.

- Menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional content may differ by store.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address and order details when placing orders online.
9. Order Issues & Refund Policy
Each franchise location is responsible for handling its own customer service matters, including refunds, remake requests, and delivery issues.
- If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact the store where the order was placed within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Refunds, credits, or remakes are issued at the sole discretion of the store manager and may require receipt or proof of issue.
- Gumby’s Pizza reserves the right to decline refund requests that are incomplete, unverifiable, or outside of the acceptable window.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumby’s Pizza and its franchise locations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- Food-related issues, including allergies, injuries, or dissatisfaction
- Promotions, third-party platforms, or inaccurate information on this site
